Kacang ice kacang

It's currently our favorite dessert: peanut ice kacang.
Look at that solid mountainous ice covered with peanut butter, condensed milk, sweet corn and grounded peanuts.. heavenly!

hmmm... i think i still prefer es campur. not a big fan of kacang. =P

hmm I'll say it's kind of similar to es campur. inside the bowl you'll find agar-agar, kolang-kaling, nata de coco, red bean, sometimes cincau and agar-agar, depends on the vendor. but red bean is a must - that's why it's called ice kachang.

i think in cirebon, where my parents are from, there's an ice kacang place that my mom liked to go to. i think she took us there a few times. a looong time ago.
