A palm-like tree
A palm-like tree planted outside our block. I tried to apply the "unusual angle" photography tips and captured this from the bottom of the tree. Surrounding the tree are the HDB blocks. It still looks quite dark, although I've used highest ISO setting, slow shutter and enhanced its brightness using Gimp.

i think the unusual angle works great! the photo is a bit not sharp though. did you play with the contrast too?
yeah, changed both the contrast and brightness. I guess it spoiled the sharpness, didn't it?
