First foie gras

Our first attempt at eating foie gras, hehe.. It's liver, and it's duck's to top it of, both of which I'm not quite fond of. Only now then I challenged myself to have a try. It did not taste like internal organs and did not taste like duck, so I'm ok with it.

not as bad as I imagined, hehehe.. tapi kalo disuruh milih sih gue mendingan makan steak deh, atau chicken chop :)

it tasted like animal's fat.. chicken fat maybe? melt-in-your-mouth kind of thing. won't be able to finish the whole slab by myself.
